Job summary

WSP is seeking Delivery Leads to manage high-value Defence and Security sector projects. You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead and oversee delivery to plan, with roles spanning Project Manager, Assistant PM, and Director responsibilities as needed.

Hybrid work across UK offices and client sites is available; candidates should be eligible for Security Clearance. Strong client management and reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Defence and Security sector delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage projects to scope, time and budget, with security considerations.
• Recognised project or programme management qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Chair meetings, write reports and organise resources.
• Monitor finances, scope, resources and schedules.
• Manage change control, risk, and client relationships in security projects.
