Job summary

WSP is seeking Delivery Leads (Project Managers/Directors and Assistant Project Managers) to manage high-value defence and security projects and programmes. You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead and lead on scope, resources, schedule and finances across the project lifecycle.

You will build strong client and internal relationships, chair meetings, write reports, monitor risk, change control and compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven defence/security sector project management of construction or infrastructure
• Knowledge of defence policy and security protocols
• Degree and recognised PM qualifications as stated

Responsibilities

• Chair meetings, write reports, organise resources and monitor finances
• Oversee scope, resources, finance and schedule monitoring
• Manage change control, risk and client relationships
• Ensure security requirements and sector-specific governance
• Deliver projects across the RIBA design stages
