Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland seeks Delivery Leads to manage high-value defence and security infrastructure projects. You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead and chair meetings, write reports, organise resources and monitor finances to deliver to plan.

We value candidates with defence sector experience, knowledge of MOD policy, security protocols and recognised PM qualifications. The role offers flexible hybrid working across UK offices and client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects in Defence and Security with security protocols.
• Knowledge of MOD policy, processes and JSPs (e.g., JSP 850).
• Green Book and 5 case model knowledge for business cases.
• Established network within the Defence and Security sector.
• PM qualification from PMI, APM, RICS or CIOB.
• NEC3/4 PM qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-value defence/infrastructure projects to plan and budget.
• Chair meetings, write reports, organise resources and monitor finances.
• Manage scope, schedule, change control, risk and client relations.
• Support ongoing work-winning activities and sector advocacy.
