Job summary

WSP is seeking Delivery Leads in the Defence and Security sector to manage high-value, complex projects. You will report to the Senior Delivery Lead and oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules while maintaining security and client satisfaction.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, chair meetings, and contribute to ongoing work-winning activities. This role supports flexible working between home, WSP offices, and client sites across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Defence and Security sector delivering construction or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of MOD policy, processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of JSPs, JSP 850.
• Familiarity with Green Book and 5-case business case model.
• Existing network within the Defence and Security sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, resources, finance and schedule to deliver projects on time and to budget.
• Oversee change control, risk management and client management activities.
• Chair meetings, write reports, and coordinate resources and finances.
• Ensure security management and compliance within Defence and Security projects.
• Contribute to business development and act as sector ambassador.
