Qualifications
- Experience leading delivery or technical teams in agency or consultancy
- End-to-end project coordination: staffing, scheduling, check-ins, close-out
- Strong client/partner-facing communication under pressure
- Familiarity with AI-assisted working and how to apply it
Responsibilities
- Lead the team: development, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, serve as go-to person
- Match the right engineer with the partner, briefing for demos or scoping
- Own vendor relationships and align deployment with product direction
- Resource and schedule across pre-sales and delivery roles
- Carry deals through to delivered work: staffing, kickoff, check-ins
- Build bench through hiring and contractor network
- Push admin work towards AI tooling to free engineers for delivery
