Job summary

Addition Solutions in London is seeking a Cyber Security Consultant (Delivery Focus) to lead client engagements, shape security strategies, and deliver cyber security projects across a diverse client base.

The role requires 3+ years delivering security projects in a consultancy or MSP; strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls; excellent stakeholder management, reporting, and the ability to translate complex concepts into business recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering cyber security projects to external clients.
• Proven consultancy or MSP delivery experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, and Cyber Essentials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with security governance, risk management and compliance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of cybersecurity consultancy projects.
• Conduct maturity assessments, risk reviews, and gap analyses.
• Advise on governance, risk management and compliance.
• Develop security roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Support certification and compliance initiatives.
• Review and enhance security policies and controls.
• Facilitate workshops and executive discussions.
• Mentor junior consultants.
