Push Security Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager, Delivery to lead two squads and drive delivery across the engineering org. Based in the UK, you will report to the CTO and collaborate with the Director of Engineering to raise velocity and quality.

You should bring a strong backend/platform background (AWS), a track record of shipping complex data-heavy products, and a talent for scaling teams. Cybersecurity experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams shipping complex data-heavy products.
• Strong backend/platform engineering background on AWS.
• Proven ability to improve people, organisation and process, not coding as a primary driver.
• Cybersecurity experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Take over direct people management of web and extension teams (9 ICs).
• Collaborate with the CTO, VP of Product and Director of Engineering to own delivery.
• Be a reliable leader for the CTO and Director of Engineering.
