Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Delivery Lead to head delivery for a major account, coordinating run and change services and leading a team across internal and partner resources. You will ensure governance, service levels and financial targets are met while driving value for the customer and organisation.

You will work in a client-facing environment, with responsibilities spanning relationship management, contract governance, and cross-functional collaboration within the Delivery Leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management.
• ITIL training, potentially to Expert status.
• Ability to align IT services with a customer’s business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery of run and change services to meet our commitments to the customer and organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement for customers and internal teams.
• Objectively manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
• Demonstrate understanding of how IT services impact the customer’s business and improve it.
• Identify risks in service delivery and implement mitigation measures.
• Support contract management and change initiatives within the account.
