Job summary

You will oversee a matrix delivery organisation, coordinating with client IT teams and partner suppliers to ensure contractual and financial targets are met. The role requires IT Service Management expertise, ITIL Foundation certification, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven practitioner in IT Service Management.
• ITIL Foundation status or equivalent.
• Ability to align IT services with customer business needs.
• Experience coordinating multiple service delivery partners.

Responsibilities
