Job summary

Computacenter is looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of services to our customers. You will work within a delivery leadership structure, ensuring high quality, customer satisfaction and financial performance across the account(s).

You will lead a team (direct or matrix) and engage stakeholders within the customer's IT environment, driving value and ensuring contractual commitments are met. A strong ITSM background and ITIL Foundation status are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven practitioner in IT Service Management.
• ITIL Foundation status or higher.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of services to customers within the account(s).
• Identify and implement service improvements to meet quality and performance targets.
• Prepare and deliver service reports and participate in reviews with customers.
