Job summary

Naimuri is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, and governance in a government-focused portfolio.

You will partner with customers, manage priorities to milestones, and coach teams in Agile Ways of Working. The role supports hybrid working from our Salford Quays, Manchester offices with on-site client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience of Agile delivery management with planning, forecasting, resource allocation, workflow control, and milestone tracking.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills for regular updates and status reporting.
• Owns responsibility for a team's Agile Ways of Working and processes, leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with business cases, purchase orders, proposals, and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale delivery in a government-focused environment.
• Coach and drive adoption of Agile Ways of Working across teams.
• Manage risk, dependencies, blockers, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Guide the creation and renewal of multi‑million pound proposals and contracts.
