Job summary

Naimuri in Manchester seeks a Delivery Lead to drive high‑quality, Agile delivery across government and defence projects. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and own delivery processes from planning to delivery, including risk and budget awareness, cadence, and continuous improvement.

You will mentor teams, foster a culture of Kaizen, and partner with customers to shape outcomes while supporting flexible hybrid working and a multi-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile delivery management, planning and forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills for regular updates and reporting.
• Ability to own team Agile Ways of Working and multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with commercial processes: business cases, purchase orders, proposals and budgets.
• Experience with RAID management and risk/issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple government and defence projects.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, and prioritisation to milestones.
• Facilitate regular status updates and escalation for stakeholders.
• Oversee team processes and ensure high-quality Agile delivery.
• Manage budgets, procurement paperwork, and proposals.
