Job summary

Prosper Consulting in Birmingham is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a growing team. You will deliver projects across the full lifecycle, from design through to completion, within health, science, industrial or residential sectors, collaborating with others to meet client objectives.

You will work alongside a Director and a small leadership group, contributing to office growth and business development opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of project control and client

Qualifications

• Rounded experience delivering significant projects through full life cycle in two or more sectors
• Experience as Contract Administrator/Employers Agent under building contracts
• Degree/academic background in construction or related engineering field preferred but not essential
• Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) or working towards it
• Strong knowledge of procurement and financial elements of a project
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage day-to-day delivery and strategic direction of commissions
• Proactive problem-solving and client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management services across multiple sectors through all design, preconstruction, construction and completion phases
• Collaborate with the Director and team to grow the Birmingham office
• Support business development activities where appropriate
• Manage day-to-day project delivery and delegate tasks while meeting deadlines
• Ensure projects align with client needs and contractual requirements
