Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Central London (Holborn) to lead day-to-day project delivery and work with experienced colleagues on strategic matters. The role covers residential, commercial, fit-out, hotels and life sciences sectors in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will manage projects valued around £10M+, demonstrate accredited PM expertise, and mentor junior staff while pursuing new business opportunities and bid proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day delivery of construction projects worth £10M+
• Professional accreditation in construction, PM, engineering, surveying or architecture
• Ability to lead and support junior colleagues
• Evidence of identifying and pursuing new business with clients and bids
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving, adaptable under pressure
• Passion for delivering high-quality client solutions
• Commitment to continuous learning and development

Responsibilities
