We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager on behalf of the Birmingham office of a highly successful, independently owned Construction and Property Consultancy. Having shown consistent growth and with a robust client base, they are now looking to add to their team. Primary service offerings are within Project and Cost Consultancy working with clients across a variety of sectors. Their award winning service delivery has no doubt contributed to this expansion.

This opportunity with focus on delivering projects for clients in leisure and hospitality, mostly fast paced programmes of fitouts working across the UK. Each project would typically be up to £500k / £1m in contract value, with around 4/5 projects being delivered concurrently. We are looking for previous experience delivering similar programmes of work, and have experience across the full project lifecycle. You must also be able to travel widely with this role, as projects are across the UK.
