Job summary

Good Growth is seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee high-impact digital projects from Birmingham or Exeter in a hybrid setup. You’ll coordinate with development and analytics teams, manage client relationships, and drive delivery milestones with flexible hours and some office time.

The role offers exposure to leading brands, a collaborative environment, and opportunities to influence digital transformation and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication – clear, concise, and proactive.
• Project management experience – leading multiple projects at once.
• Ability to travel for client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships – main point of contact for accounts, ensuring satisfaction.
• Overseeing project milestones – manage timelines, dependencies and planning.
• Aligning teams & resources – coordinate developers, analysts, and strategists for delivery.
• Coordinating planning with clients – lead conversations on priorities and deliverables.
• Ensuring internal & external project visibility – provide clear reporting and documentation.
• Managing QA & knowledge sharing – capture lessons and share across the team.
• Helping refine processes – improve efficiency and ensure top-quality delivery.
