Job summary

Softcat is seeking a Project Manager for the Internal Technology Team to coordinate medium IT or business-change initiatives, ensuring clarity, organisation and predictable delivery. You’ll work with Product Owners, stakeholders, technical teams and PMO to maintain governance and drive value-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Planning & Governance: build and maintain project artefacts, track milestones, apply Agile/Waterfall or hybrid within Softcat's frameworks.
• Risk, Issue & Change Control: identify risks, dependencies, escalate where needed, apply change control processes.
• Delivery Facilitation & Support: run meetings/workshops, communicate progress to stakeholders, escalate when complexity increases, drive continuous improvement
