Job summary

Catering in Norwich is seeking an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple technology and business change projects within the IS team. This hands-on role requires planning, coordinating and driving initiatives forward while keeping stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams aligned.

You will manage end-to-end delivery across scope, timescales, budgets and risks, working with the IS Programme Manager and senior stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget

Qualifications

• Proven skills as IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, supplier management and risk management skills.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organisation and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Information Systems projects from planning through to delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, milestones and success measures.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, issues and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, suppliers and third‑party vendors.
• Produce clear project documentation, reports, process maps and progress updates.
• Communicate project status, risks and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, supplier management and risk management skills.
