Job summary

CBSbutler is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Hampshire, hybrid with two days on-site. The role focuses on delivery of engineering, technology, product development and research projects, taking projects from planning through to successful delivery with active SC clearance.

You will lead multidisciplinary technical teams, manage time, cost, quality, risks and stakeholder expectations, maintain governance and documentation, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven real-world project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering engineering, technology, product development or R&D projects.
• Ability to lead projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Relevant degree and/or professional PM qualification.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of project planning and delivery from initiation through to completion.
• Develop detailed plans, milestones and resource plans.
• Drive delivery against cost, time, quality and performance objectives.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Maintain project documentation and governance.
• Support procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Ensure deliverables meet governance standards and quality criteria.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
