Job summary

HCR is seeking an IT Implementation Manager to lead technology projects from inception to live service. You will apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches, govern scope and budgets, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with IT teams, business sponsors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, manage risks and realise benefits while maintaining strong governance and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering medium to large IT projects through full lifecycle.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects and programmes from initiation through implementation and handover.
• Deliver projects using Agile principles with iterative delivery and value realization.
• Maintain delivery plans, backlogs, priorities and sprint goals with stakeholders.
• Apply delivery methodologies per project risk and scale.
• Define scope, timelines, resources and business deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to meet outcomes.
• Escalate risks, issues and decisions with clear options.
