Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join Crieff Delivery Office as a Post Person with Driving. You will drive a Royal Mail van around your delivery area, deliver letters and parcels, and also do some on-foot routes.

The role combines active outdoor work with community service and offers flexible shifts. Full, manual UK driving licence with up to six penalty points is required; expect to walk up to 20,000 steps per day and to pass a driving assessment on start.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts vary and require team flexibility on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels by van around your delivery area.
• Drive rounds and occasionally complete parts of routes on foot.
• Handle and deliver items in line with Royal Mail standards and safety.
