Job summary

Epwin Group in the Brighton area is seeking a Delivery Driver to manage daily deliveries, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer service. You will perform vehicle checks, support warehouse operations, and work Monday to Friday with a 07:30–16:30 schedule.

Job description

In this role you will be responsible for managing deliveries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 07:30-16:30

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the daily delivery and dispatch process, ensuring correct routing.
  • Complete weekly vehicle checks to maintain fleet compliance.
  • Identify, pick, load, and deliver products professionally and on time.
  • Serve and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Unload, check, pick, and load deliveries accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Perform warehouse and driving duties, including heavy lifting as required.
Role Requirements
  • Good local knowledge and familiarity with the road system.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • PC literate, able to manage documentation and processes.
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions effectively.
  • Ideally, some knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Experience working within a close team environment.
