Delivery Director

Location: Hybrid – London, Blackfriars

We’re seeking a talented Delivery Director to lead a major digital transformation initiative.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of complex programmes, ensuring all workstreams are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the digital transformation delivery strategy aligned with business and product goals, lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate priorities and execution across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage complex digital programmes, establish governance frameworks, and promote agile adoption, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Define vendor strategy, oversee partnerships, and optimise performance and value through structured governance and relationship management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing delivery team; foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Track delivery KPIs, manage budgets and resources, drive efficiency, and report performance and risks to senior leadership.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Senior-level experience in digital delivery and transformation.
  • Proven success managing large-scale programmes and vendor partnerships.
  • Experience in multi-site, customer-facing industries.
  • Strategic, results-driven leader with strong programme management expertise.
  • Skilled in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery.
  • Excellent communicator with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experienced in vendor governance and partnership optimisation.
