The opportunity

Our AI & Data practice collaborates with clients to solve complex business problems through data and analytics strategies and solutions. Our core areas include:

• Data Architecture & Engineering - Designing and implementing next-generation data solutions.
• Data Management & Strategy - Supporting Data Strategy, Governance, Operating Models, and Data Office functions.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects (Data transformation, Analytics, Strategy) from strategy to execution.
• Support delivery of key Data and AI projects, build relationships within EY and with clients, and develop capabilities through training and mentorship.
• Contribute to solution design and implementation, focusing on cloud-based data and analytics, sector knowledge, and client engagement.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring team members.
• Engage in business development, including RFP responses and thought leadership.

Skills and attributes for success

We seek passionate individuals with a strong interest in data technology solutions, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.

• FS sector experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management, preferably Insurance.
• Deep knowledge in Data Architecture, Analytics Cloud, Data Management, Strategy, Governance, or Quality.
• Experience with complex data programs and data project design issues.
• Business development experience, including RFPs and thought leadership.
• Leadership skills with experience in building teams and nurturing talent.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including architecture and data sharing concepts.
• Certifications such as Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect are advantageous.
• Interest in emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements, client expectations, and project risks.
• Stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset to understand and solve complex problems.
