Job Description:

Our Financial Services client is seeking a Director of Digital CRM Platforms to lead the delivery and evolution for the platforms team members use to market, onboard, and originate products.

This is a Permanent role, Remote.

Must Have:
  • 10+ years of digital product delivery and/or sales product leadership within the Financial or Banking industry
  • Proven track record of enabling delivery in an Agile COTS (commercial off the shelf system) environment.
  • Vendor partner management and demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation and contract and SLA management.
  • COTS legacy systems transformation
  • MS Dynamics CRM platform experience
  • Agile transformations within a complex, multi-product technology organization
  • Experience building and launching cross-organization products and services.
  • University degree in computer science/engineering, information technology, or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Strategy
  • Contribute to and execute the digital sales platforms' multi-year technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with enterprise business strategy, objectives, and key results.
  • Work closely with platform and architecture teams to assess suitable technology architecture, influencing definition and design.
  • Lead sales platform design and development, refining platform requirements and delivering scalable platforms in an agile environment.
  • Provide thought leadership to formulate and scale minimum viable platforms.
2. Operational Management
  • Lead the technology build of a new COTS LOS platform and the integration of a MS Dynamics CRM platform.
  • Oversee the technology build and integration of pricing and other tooling used for attraction, onboarding, and retention of members.
  • Manage legacy system transformation within the digital sales platform’s roadmap.
  • Lead microservices-based development and application scaling/containerization.
  • Utilize agile tooling to develop DevOps CI/CD practices.
  • Establish and oversee production support processes for platforms, ensuring maximum uptime and rapid issue resolution.
  • Implement monitoring and incident management tools for proactive problem detection.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure delivery compliance.
3. Leadership
  • Build, inspire, retain, and lead a high-performing technology team.
  • Mentor and support technology talent to develop future skills.
  • Oversee the technical team to take digital platform concepts from ideation to validation, measurement, and iteration.
  • Motivate the team and drive improvements through measurable goals, training, and team optimization.
  • Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and innovation.
  • Nurture a diverse and capable workforce to execute the digital roadmap and build strong member relationships.
  • Foster a culture of coaching, mentorship, agile learning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
