Job summary

Poltronesofà S.p.A. in Coventry Distribution Centre is seeking a Delivery Crew member to support the Delivery Driver, loading and unloading furniture and delivering to customers’ homes. You’ll help keep deliveries on track and provide great service.

The role involves heavy lifting, working 46 hours over 4 days with Sundays off; prior furniture delivery experience is a bonus, but learning ability and a can-do attitude matter most. Benefits include holidays, pension and employee discounts.

• Ensure safety through quality checks and safe working practices.
• Work 46 hours over 4 days with Sundays off.

What's the opportunity? You'll support the Delivery Driver in loading and unloading our furniture and deliver it into our customer’s homes.

Previous furniture delivery experience can be a benefit, but we find personality and the ability to learn new skills more important.

What does the role involve?

• Carefully deliver and install furniture in customers’ homes
• Support the Delivery Driver with making sure the delivery schedule is followed. You'll be making multiple drops daily.
• Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles
• Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
• Making sure the team is safe by carrying out quality checks

• Work 46 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off
