Job summary

poltronesofà are seeking a Delivery Crew member at the Livingston Distribution Centre. You will support the Delivery Driver, loading and unloading furniture and delivering to customers’ homes. Previous furniture delivery experience is helpful, but attitude and the ability to learn are valued highly.

This full-time role involves 46 hours across 4 days with Sundays off. The package includes a base salary around £29,158–£29,159 with extensive benefits, including holidays, pension, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow process and procedures.
• Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carefully deliver and install furniture in customers’ homes.
• Support the Delivery Driver with following the delivery schedule; you’d be making multiple drops daily.
• Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto our vehicles.
• Providing a brilliant service to our customers and encouraging their feedback.
• Making sure the team is safe by carrying out quality checks.
• Heavy lifting.
• Work 46 hours over 4 days with every Sunday off.

What’s the opportunity?
