Job summary

KBM Resourcing is seeking a Service Coordinator in Dundee for a hybrid role, responsible for coordinating the delivery team and ensuring on-time delivery of product contracts. You will work with customers, internal teams, and external partners to plan, schedule, dispatch, and invoice in line with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a commercial project delivery environment.
• Experience of engaging with customers in a pressured environment.
• Computer literate and experience with MS Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in the successful, on-time delivery of product contracts.
• Support Contract Delivery team, providing day-to-day oversight and direction.
• Provide first-line guidance, support, and escalation management for direct reports.
• Deliver a consistently professional service to all customers, both internal and external.
• Support forecasting activities and contract scheduling for product orders.
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure contractual and business objectives are met.
• Control and submit all contractual documentation in line with company and customer requirements.
• Coordinate contracts and orders in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Attend and contribute to production, handover, customer kick-off, and customer update meetings as required.
• Manage and maintain control of customer delivery dates and the forward order book within EFACS.
• Control dispatch and invoicing activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support the delivery of export contracts, including liaison with freight forwarders and the preparation of export documentation.
