Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

• Experience in GTM recruitment, placing candidates from Associate to VP/SVP level into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US.
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects.
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia.
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification skills and process management.

This role is with a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building GTM and technical teams. The firm is a leading GTM team builder for Silicon Valley’s top funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience in the startup GTM space, with a proven record of high-value placements internationally. Good education, literacy, and communication skills are essential. Most work is retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
