Delivery Consultant (Start-up, GTM)

Hybrid - must be based commutable to London

Basic salary - £45,000

100% remote

MUST HAVE GTM RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE

GTM Delivery Consultant

• Experience in GTM, placing candidates from Account Coordinator to VP/SVP of Sales into Tier 1 VCs across Europe and US
• Collaborating directly with the Co-Founder on delivery projects
• Working with VCs/PEs investing in startups like Snowflake, Sigma, Nvidia
• Candidate-focused with strong qualification and process management skills

Our client is a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs globally, working with early-stage startups to IPO or acquisition, building world-class GTM and technical teams.

The firm is recognized as a leading GTM team builder for Silicon Valley's biggest funds and emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive delivery experience in the startup GTM space, with a proven track record of high-value placements globally.

You should be well-educated, highly literate, and an excellent communicator.

The work is mostly retained, with salaries ranging from £200k to over £5m.
