Role Overview
  • To assist the Arch Delegated Underwriting Authority team in the administration, oversight and monitoring of delegated underwriting facilities at Arch Insurance
  • Supporting the Delegated Underwriting Authority team in managing the due diligence review process for new and renewing delegated underwriting facilities and the continuous oversight throughout the life cycle of each facility
Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Administration of coverholder and binding authority due diligence reviews, including pre-bind quality assurance checks and completion of due diligence review forms

  • Collation of due diligence related documentation from coverholders and Market systems (Lloyd’s Atlas) as appropriate
  • Monitor the upcoming renewal cycle for delegated facilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues arising from the due diligence process
  • Maintain coverholder and binding authority records in the coverholder and binding authority management tool (Intarga).
  • Monitoring the DUA Team mailbox, sharing communications with the appropriate teams
  • Assist with the production of regular and ad hoc reports for the business
  • Assist the DUA Audit Manager in the life cycle management of the Arch Coverholder Audit Schedule

  • Excellent skills, both verbal and written with strong attention to detail

Apprenticeship Eligibility

To start an apprenticeship, the learner will need to be:

  • Aged 16 or over
  • Living in England and not in full time education
