Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Courseware Designer to develop training courseware for military applications. You will analyse, design, maintain, review and produce DSAT documentation and processes for training sites and organisations.

You will interview subject matter experts, contribute to workshops, and keep syllabi, standards, and trainer qualifications current. The role supports hybrid and UK-wide work with a focus on compliant, high-quality training design.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication at all levels internally and with customers.
• Experience in course design for significant training programs.
• Knowledge of training design/development processes for training media.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Experience with Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT documentation and processes for military training.
• Produce, maintain and update Training Design from FTS to delivery of AStra and specs in DSAT templates.
• Interview subject matter experts to collate required data.
• Participate in internal workshops to discuss findings from analysis.
• Keep course syllabi and standards up-to-date; ensure trainer competence and requirements are met.
• Update training design materials to reflect new requirements and feedback from assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new or amended training.
• Promote a culture of Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance.
• Perform other duties to complete CMDC Training Service.
