Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Courseware Designer to develop and maintain DSAT documentation for military training. You will analyze requirements, design training materials and work with SMEs to ensure up-to-date course content and standards.

The role requires experience in course design, strong communication, and the ability to work autonomously within a hybrid environment. A degree-level qualification in a relevant area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels internally and with the customer.
• Experience in course design and contributing to significant training courses.
• Good working knowledge of training design and development processes for training media.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team.
• Experience with Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Develop training courseware through analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT documentation and processes for military training.
• Produce, maintain and update training design from formal training statements to assessment strategies and specifications.
• Interview subject matter experts to collate required data.
• Participate in internal workshops to discuss findings from analysis.
• Maintain course syllabi, standards, trainer qualifications and safety considerations.
• Update training design materials to reflect new requirements and feedback.
