Job summary

Raytheon UK invites applications for a Training Designer to join the Training Transformation Service. You will develop blended, active learning experiences and courseware that meet military standards and learner needs.

The role emphasizes instructional strategy, validation-driven updates, and working with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training across UK sites. A focus on continuous improvement and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development environment.
• Knowledge and use of ADDIE and DSAT in design and delivery of training.
• Experience in Training and/or Instructional Design.
• Familiarity with program management tools and applications.
• Knowledge of UK MoD procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Own and transform training courses, ensuring active, engaging, and learner-centric content.
• Ensure end-to-end training design processes are followed and DSAT compliant.
• Develop high-quality training design, e-learning and courseware materials using various media.
• Contribute to instructional strategy and analyze training program effectiveness.
• Incorporate feedback and validation changes to keep training up-to-date and operationally relevant.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with subject matter experts.
