Job summary

Raytheon UK seeks a Courseware Designer to develop training courseware through DSAT documentation and processes for military training. The role covers analysis, design, maintenance, and production of training materials, collaborating with SMEs to deliver robust training solutions.

You will maintain syllabi, ensure trainer qualifications, and keep materials up-to-date with regulatory requirements, while working in a hybrid UK-wide role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and with the customer organisation.
• Experience in course design and contribution to significant training courses.
• Good working knowledge of the training design and development processes for training media.
• Capable of working autonomously and within a team.
• Experience of Articulate 360.

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of a team responsible for the analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT Documentation & processes for military training sites and organisations.
• Producing, maintaining and/or updating Training Design fromFormal Training Statement (FTS) to delivery of Assessment Strategy and related documents in DSAT compliant templates.
• Interviewing subject matter experts to collate required data.
• Participate in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis.
• Maintain course syllabi and standards, trainer competence, qualification and experience requirements.
• Update and revalidation of course information, including course size, health and safety, rules and regulations, course length and resources.
• Update Training Design to reflect new training requirements and feedback to ensure up-to-date and compliant training design.
• Identify opportunities to provide accreditation for new or amended training.
• Champion Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance and continuous improvement.
• Any other duties to complete the CMDC Training Service
