Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects.
• Experience across one or more Project Controls disciplines.
• Proficient in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Estimation, Cost Control or Risk Management.
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field and membership of a professional body.
• Proactive, good communicator with ability to influence outcomes.
• Willingness to work within regulated Defence environments.
• Competent in relevant software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific workstreams within a cross-discipline Project Controls team.
• Support scope definition and Work Breakdown Structure establishment.
• Maintain robust Performance Measurement Baseline and change control.
• Collaborate with suppliers to align project performance data.
• Assist with risk management and resource loading.
• Communicate delivery performance to stakeholders and drive improvements.
