Job summary

Babcock, a defence contractor, is seeking a Commercial Manager to support the Royal School of Military Engineering contract from the Chatham site with hybrid working. You will lead commercial delivery, governance, and risk management, identify growth opportunities, and deliver value for both Babcock and our customers.

The role requires degree qualification or equivalent and the ability to achieve Security Check clearance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering commercial support and guidance on contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to ensure successful delivery of the contract.
• Manage commercial risks, opportunities, changes and contractual obligations.
• Support governance activities, audits and compliance requirements.
• Build strong relationships with operations, customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and negotiations across the Training Business Unit.
