Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Commercial Manager at our Chatham site with a hybrid pattern of three days on site and two days remote. You will support the Royal School of Military Engineering contract, drive commercial governance and identify growth opportunities to deliver value for the business and customers.

The role focuses on managing risks, supporting bids and negotiations, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Training Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial support for defence training contracts.
• Ability to manage commercial risks, variations and contractual obligations.
• Experience with governance activities, audits and compliance.
