Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking Assistant Delivery Leads (Project Managers) to manage high-value projects in the Defence and Security sector. You will report to the Delivery Lead and oversee projects according to the plan, coordinating meetings, reports, and resource control.

You will contribute to risk management, change control and client management while aligning with security protocols. The role supports both smaller projects and portions of larger programmes, across multiple sites

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Defence and Security sector assisting in a project management capacity.
• Knowledge of managing scope, resources, finances and schedules.
• Progression toward recognised project management qualifications (PMI, APM, RICS, CIOB).
• Eligible to achieve Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects or support larger programmes within Defence and Security sector.
• Scope, resource, schedule and budget management.
• Monitor finances and change control; manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and deliver projects per plan across RIBA design stages.
