Job summary

WSP is seeking Assistant Delivery Leads (Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers) to manage high-value defence and security projects. You will report to the Delivery Lead and oversee tasks from scoping to delivery, ensuring budgets, schedules and security requirements are met.

This role involves meetings, reporting, resource control, finance monitoring and risk management, with a focus on security protocols and client relations across the Defence and Security sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Defence and Security sector delivering projects.
• Eligible to achieve Security Clearance.
• Degree in engineering, building, quantity surveying, architecture, or construction/PM.
• Progress towards recognised PM qualification (PMI/APM/RICS/CIOB).

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities on defence/secure infrastructure projects.
• Scope, resource, finance and schedule monitoring; risk management and client management.
