Job summary

Network IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to provide expert commercial and procurement support across a diverse portfolio of military third parties and associates.

Based in the UK Defence sector with SC Cleared status, the role involves leading end-to-end tender processes, advising on contracts and supplier management, and delivering procurement activity with pace and integrity. The position is Surrey-based with hybrid working (3 days onsite).

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial/procurement roles within the UK Defence sector.
• Strong knowledge of public sector procurement, including PCR and DSPCR.
• Experience developing tender, contract and procurement documentation.
• Strong commercial/financial acumen, including tender evaluation and supplier financial assessment.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, market development and supply chain risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tender processes.
• Provide specialist commercial advice.
• Support contract and supplier management.
• Ensure procurement activity is delivered with accuracy, pace and integrity.
