Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Controls Engineer to lead workstreams within a cross-disciplinary team for Defence-related projects in the UK. You will help define scope, establish a robust Work Breakdown Structure, and support performance baselines, change control, and supplier data integration.

You will contribute to risk management, resource loading, and schedule integration, while ensuring output quality and influencing stakeholders across the Integrated Project Team.

Qualifications

• Delivering projects with project controls across lifecycle stages.
• Experience applying planning, cost, risk and reporting disciplines.
• Proactive, curious, can-do attitude in uncertain environments.
• Strong communication to influence outcomes and build networks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; membership in a professional body.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within a cross-discipline Project Controls team.
• Define scope and create a Work Breakdown Structure from exclusions and interfaces.
• Support robust performance baseline and change control processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to integrate performance data per contractual requirements.
• Assist risk management, resource loading and scheduling integration.
• Communicate delivery performance and promote process improvements.
