Job summary

Morson Edge is partnering with a leading defence technology organisation to recruit an experienced Product Sales Manager in Dorset. This role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships and leading bid campaigns from initial engagement through to contract award.

You’ll drive growth by identifying opportunities, coordinating with technical teams and stakeholders, and managing complex sales across UK MOD and international defence customers, with a strong emphasis on delivering results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in defence sales and business development.
• Track record of winning large, complex bids in defence.
• Strong ability to build and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in assigned product areas.
• Lead and manage complex bid and capture activities for UK and international defence opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
• Support product strategy with market intelligence and customer insights.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the commercial strategy.
• Represent the business at meetings, exhibitions and events.
