Job summary

Vivo Defence is seeking an experienced Small Works Project Manager to oversee delivery of maintenance and response works across UK sites, ensuring compliance with statutory and MoD requirements, safety, and value for money.

You will act as a SPOC for end-user issues, manage relationships with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and contractors, and contribute to forward maintenance planning and cost control while leading teams and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations, planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Strong understanding of Safe Systems of Work and health & safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and response works across sites while ensuring compliance with MoD requirements.
• Serve as SPOC for end-user issues and manage relationships with DIO and contractors.
• Control costs, support forward maintenance planning, and drive value for money.
• Lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
