Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Senior/Principal Project Manager to lead the annual programme, scope projects, and oversee contractor selection for RAF Lakenheath and Alconbury. You will manage a team delivering complex build, refurb and demolition works within safety and JSP standards.

You should have a strong construction background, asbestos awareness, IOSH safety knowledge, and excellent leadership and budgeting capabilities. A hybrid working pattern is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior or Principal Project Manager in construction projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and stakeholders.
• Understanding of CS and H&S standards including CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual programme development and project scoping.
• Select main contractors and ensure safe, profitable delivery.
• Provide weekly tracker updates to the Senior Programme Manager.
• Ensure briefs, specs, procurement plans and tenders are robust.
• Drive continuous improvement across commercial and supply chain functions.
