Job summary

VolkerFitzpatrick, part of VolkerWessels UK, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a defence-sector project in Lakenheath, delivering civil engineering, building and M&E works safely, on time and within budget.

You will have main contractor PM experience, NEC contracts knowledge and strong leadership, planning and risk-management skills, with eligibility for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a main contractor environment.
• Experience delivering civils, building and M&E works.
• Strong planning, programme management, commercial awareness and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of defence-sector project in Lakenheath across civil, building and M&E works.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and budget adherence.
• Build high-performing teams and manage stakeholders and contractors.
