Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Defence Cyber Security Account Manager (263lw) for a Hybrid role in Hampshire or a remote option. Salary £50,000-£55,000 with a £5k car allowance and uncapped commission (OTE £90k-£100k).

The role blends defence account management with new business development, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills. We welcome ex-military professionals with Defence knowledge or experienced sales professionals with cyber exposure.

Qualifications

• Defence sales or account management experience.
• Ex-military service with Defence knowledge.
• Willingness to travel and obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow MOD/Defence customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new Cyber Security opportunities.
• Build relationships with military end users, Defence organisations, primes and integrators.
• Understand customer challenges and identify cyber solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with cyber engineers and tech partners to shape solutions.
• Support bids, proposals and contract opportunities to delivery.
