Job summary

Ex-Mil Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Defence Cyber Security Account Manager to join on a hybrid in Hampshire or remote basis. The role offers a salary of £50,000–£55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and uncapped commission (OTE £90k–£100k).

You will manage MOD/Defence accounts, win new cyber opportunities, and build trusted Defence relationships across the community. You do not need to be a cyber expert, but a genuine interest in cyber security and an ability to engage with technical and senior

Qualifications

• Defence or Defence sales/account management experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with hunter mentality.
• Willing to travel to Defence customers as required.
• Eligible for SC clearance within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow established MOD/Defence customer accounts.
• Identify and develop new Cyber Security business opportunities.
• Build relationships with military end users, Defence organisations, primes and system integrators.
• Understand customer challenges and requirements and identify appropriate Cyber solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work with Cyber engineers, technical specialists and technology partners to develop solutions.
• Support bids, proposals and contract opportunities through to successful delivery.
• Keep up to date with Cyber Security technologies, vendors and the evolving threat landscape.
