Searchability NS&D is seeking a Cyber Security Manager in London. The role offers hybrid work with 2-3 days per week onsite and a salary up to £95,000 depending on experience. An existing Active SC or DV clearance is required.

You will lead client engagements, deliver security assessments, and shape roadmaps for secure transformation across Defence and Government environments. You will advise on security architectures, run workshops, and manage stakeholders while applying frameworks like NIST,

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber risk assessments and architecture reviews.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS or CAF frameworks.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Deliver cyber security assessments, architecture reviews and risk analysis.
• Run workshops and present complex security concepts to varied audiences.
• Advise on security architectures, controls and technologies.
• Develop cyber security strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Support incident response and business continuity planning.
• Apply cyber frameworks relevant to Defence and Government environments.
