Job summary

MASS is seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst in Wiltshire for an onsite role leading a specialist team that assesses performance, reliability and effectiveness of complex Defence systems. You will guide analysts, mentor staff and deliver high-quality insights for critical decision-making.

The role requires strong leadership, five years of system analysis, and clear communication with stakeholders; UK work eligibility and security clearance are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a small team.
• Minimum five years of system analysis experience.
• Experience with data to support decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team providing expert analysis services.
• Ensure contracted core deliveries meet agreed milestones.
• Resource manage and support analysis of functional data for performance and reliability.
• Provide briefings to our customer and represent them at technical meetings.
• Disseminate high-quality information to stakeholders.
• Apply best practice in specialist areas and mentor junior staff.
